Terms & Conditions
Last updated: March 2026
1. Services
WriteNow Agency provides custom software development, web development, automation solutions, and AI solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and designs created specifically for their project. Pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and tools used in development remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Typically, projects require an upfront deposit before work begins, with remaining payments tied to project milestones. Recurring service plans are billed monthly in advance.
4. Project Timelines
We provide estimated timelines in our proposals. While we make every effort to meet these estimates, timelines may be adjusted due to scope changes, client feedback delays, or unforeseen technical requirements. We will communicate any changes promptly.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and access to necessary systems. Delays in client-provided materials may affect project timelines and deliverables.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and any sensitive data.
7. Limitation of Liability
WriteNow Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.
